Teacher Feature : Getting to Know Mr. Hart Hagan

Many people leave the halls of Bardstown High School andventure out into the world outside of Nelson County. Some stay, and others return home. Mr. Hart Hagan has made such a journey homeas he joins the faculty for the 2013-2014 school year.


A BHS 1997 graduate, Mr. Hagan comes home to Bardstown byway of Marion County High School with four years teaching experience under hisbelt. Filling the vacancy left by Mr.Justin Blanford, he teaches American Government, AP U.S. History, World Civ.,and oversees two Learning Labs. Mr.Hagan’s athletic skills are put to use at Bardstown High School and is the boy’ssoccer assistant coach.


Mr. Hagan has two children—Gibson, age 7, and Cannon, age 3.
