Due to the cancellation of classes at  Newton High School, Semester Assessments will be held on Tuesday , January 16th.  Students should follow the schedule listed below:  2 Hour Delay.

    2 & 2A                      10:10 - 11:15

    2B                            11:20 - 12:25

    4 & 4A                      12:30 -  1:35

                                                        4B                               1:40 -   2:45

Lunch                             2:45 - 3:20

Winter is fast approaching and families may want to consider the automated notification system NCSD offers. In the case of a school closure or early release a message will be automatically sent to you via the method you select. NCSD will still notify the local media outlets as well as  major TV channels.

Click on Parents tab --> Sign up for News & Information -->   Create A New Account if needed.  

(Some folks may need to "update" their alerts ( If you student is at a  different building last year or have a new phone number/address, etc…)  

Initially your Dashboard will open and show you different events and announcements going on for the buildings that you have selected to be notified about.

Click on the Manage My Account & Subscriptions.

Click on Account Preferences for general user information, Contact Preferences for email & or phone number, Dashboard Preferences for the things you want to be notified about.

NCSD will run a TEST of the system on Tuesday December 19, 2017. This is only a TEST
